T3 Performance is home to professional and amateur athletes across the Midwest who desire to go beyond their genetic limitations in the gym and on the field. We are also dedicated to those who just strive for a healthier lifestyle, and seek performance in their own lives.

Our core focus is to produce better athletes, period.  Whether you are a young athlete who wants to build a solid base and learn how to train, a professional athlete looking to train in the Cleveland area for your off-season, or someone in-between, T3 is the answer.  We have produced over 30 scholarship athletes in the last 3 years, and this number is growing!
